Chapter Officers

Abbie Kathol

Chapter President

Tri Delta has felt like home since day one. I knew on Bid Day 2017 that I was not just signing up to find my sisters and go to fun events by pledging Tri Delta - I knew I was walking into a place that would mold me into a leader that loves, challenges, and cares for others. This house and its members have lifted me up in the hard times, and have celebrated with me in the good times. I knew when I started college that the next 4 years were going to be a whirlwind, but I have found one thing to be true - Tri Delta has been steadfast through it all. I cannot imagine where I would be without this sisterhood!

Lizzie Strickland

Vice President of Chapter Programming and Development

My PC pledged when this house was a little more than a patch of dirt and four brick walls with a green facade. The thought of the beautiful house that now stands was not anywhere near the forefront of my mind as I excitedly returned to Tri Delta day after day throughout recruitment. Today, this house has now been my home for almost two years, and it will be again for a third. Beautiful though it may be now, it is all the more beautiful because of the women in it. Each of them have supported me in every endeavor-- from professional aspirations to studying abroad for a semester. It has given me the greatest friends, most steadfast mentors, and loving sisters. Tri Delt at the University of Arkansas is a community unmatched and a sisterhood I get to be a part of forever.

Vice President of Operations

To me, Tri Delta is all about growth. When I came to the University of Arkansas, I could have never dreamed that the women I would meet would inspire me to set higher goals, dream bigger dreams, and become a better sister, daughter, and friend. Tri Delta allows me to learn more about myself and the people around me every day, while encouraging me to celebrate differences and bond through similarities. I look forward to a lifetime of being a part of this sisterhood that motivates all members to be brave, bold, and kind.

Vice President of Membership Experience

Tri Delta to me means long lasting friendships full of steadfast love and encouragement. Tri Delta is not a place, it’s the people who make it up that bring you laughter, love and sisterhood. I will never forget Bid Day 2017 when I finally got to run home to the people who at the time I had no idea but, would make my college experience worth more than I could ever imagine. The bonds we share as sisters I know will last for a lifetime and I am so grateful to have these women to walk side by side with through some of the toughest challenges we face in life. I have been challenged to truly live, learn and lead with purpose. As a college student it is an important time to grow and to the best of my abilities I believe I have through being a member of this house. Tri Delta has given me a lifetime of perpetual bonds and I am forever thankful!
